A disc will also be created with the visual tour for you to give to potential buyers. The Visual Tour web site also adds more web exposure to additional search engines 7. Additional services can be negotiated if needed What will the seller be required to do? 1. The fees are due upon listing the property. 2. Your contact information will be listed in the MLS so agents wishing to show the home can contact you directly. 3. When an agent brings an offer, they will deal directly with you. They will call you to set up inspections, appraisals, etc. 4. If you need help understanding the contracts or negotiating with the other agent-you may contact me.
